Coaching is a conversation with a purpose. It is a collaborative process to take you from where you are, to where you want to be. Often we hold ourselves back in life. Negative beliefs and old attitudes can get in the way of our goals. Coaching can move us through these blocks and on to fulfill our dreams.
Coaching is not therapy or counseling, which deal with the past. Coaching deals with moving you forward towards the future, though it may involve looking at some of the past lessons you have learned, in order to help move you forward.
What Can I Expect?
You can expect me to believe that you have unlimited potential and to be 100% committed to helping you identify and achieve your goals !
Before we begin coaching I will send you a little preparatory work prior to our introductory session. This will give us both an indication of which areas would be useful to work on. Then we will have an initial session to get to know one another, talk about the coaching process, your goals and what you’d like to get out of coaching. Then you can decide whether you would like to work with me. This initial 30 minute session is a free, no obligation session.
Coaching sessions normally last 45 minutes. It may occasionally be useful to do longer sessions depending each person’s needs. The agenda for each session will be determined by you.
Sessions can be as often as you feel is necessary. Once a week or fortnightly is ideal, though you may prefer less often than this. This is up to you and everyone is different. A minimum of 4 to 6 sessions is suggested to start with to get the most benefit from coaching.

It is also possible to have individual, one off sessions if you wish. These are charged at the standard rate of £45.
